新建应用型本科院校实践教学体系的构建

Construction of Practical Teaching System in Newly-Established Application-oriented Universities

为适应社会和市场需要,新建本科院校致力于应用型人才培养,培养目标的实现很大程度依赖于学生实践应用能力的提高,因而实践教学成为培养应用型人才至关重要的环节。本文分析了新建本科院校实践教学现状及存在的问题,提出了从实践教学目标、内容、条件、管理等方面构建优化的应用型人才培养实践教学体系,以期为新建本科院校应用型人才培养提供参考。

In order to meet the needs of the society and the market,the newly-established universities are committed to the cultivation of applied talents.The realization of the training goals mainly depends on the improvement of students ′ practical application ability.Therefore,practical teaching has become a vital link in the cultivation of applied talents.The paper analyzed the status and existing problems of practical teaching in newly-built universities,and proposed to build a practical teaching system for the cultivation of applied talents from the aspects of practical teaching goals,content,conditions,management and so on,in order to provide references for the cultivation of applied talents in newly-built universities.
