乡村振兴背景下的农村土地整治研究

Research on Rural Land Improvement Based on Rural Revitalization

在乡村振兴战略背景下,本文在分析总结国内外农村土地整治等相关研究基础上,研究我国农村土地整治现阶段仍存在的问题,提出解决措施;并将乡村振兴战略中"产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕"的20字方针与农村土地整治结合,分析在这一背景下实施农村土地整治的科学意义。乡村振兴为农村土地整治提供驱动力,农村土地整治为乡村振兴战略实施提供着力点,有力有效解决"三农"问题,优化农村土地资源利用结构,推动农业农村发展。

In the context of the strategy of rural revitalization,based on the analysis and summary of related researches on rural land improvement at home and abroad,this paper studied the problems that still exist in China′s rural land improvement at this stage,proposed solutions,combined the20-character policy of "prosperous industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life" in the rural revitalization strategy with rural land consolidation,and analyzed the scientific significance of implementing rural land consolidation in this context.Rural revitalization provides the driving force for rural land improvement,rural land improvement provides a focal point for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,effectively solves the "three rural" issues,optimizes the structure of rural land resource utilization and promotes rural development.
