摘要
为破解高职院校人才培养中存在的“实践育人资源短缺、课程教学知行脱节、技能培养技创分离”问题,根据“创客型工匠”的培养目标和成长规律,基于创客教育理念与创客学习理论,提出“三主体协同、三平台融合、三课堂融通”创客型工匠培养新模式。
In order to solve the problem of"the shortage of practical education resources,the disconnection of curriculum teaching and knowledge,and the separation of skills and skills"in the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges,based on the training objectives and growth rules of"creator craftsmen",based on the concept of maker education.With the maker learning theory,the author proposes a new model of cultivating artisans in the three-subject collaboration,three-platform integration,and three classrooms.
