图书馆馆藏结构政策的调研

A Survey on Collection Structure Policy

随着用户借阅排行榜文学著作借阅量的上升,我们针对偏重于专业图书的馆藏政策是否有必要更改进行了一次调研。调研分别通过三个步骤分别对上海地区、非上海地区政策或情况做出了考察。同时,我们基于“投入-产出-结果”模型,通过统计我馆新入藏书结构与读者借阅结构的数据,实际了解了我馆采访政策的实施效果。调研结果显示,上海地区综合型高校与专业型高校都限制文学休闲类图书的采购,但专业性高校更偏重优势学科及专业的图书采购。这与非上海地区财经院校将采书经费向优势学科倾斜的馆藏结构政策相一致。最后,我校统计数据表明馆藏学科倾向与其他财经类高校馆藏结构政策一致,新入藏书的学科分布也基本符合借阅结构或使用者的行为习惯。

With an increasing circulation of titles on Chinese literacy,there is a need to evaluate whether the collection structure policy of our library requires changing.The paper conducts a survey on this by investigating the relevant policy of major universities in Shanghai and non-Shanghai areas.At the meantime,based on the“input-output-outcome”model,the paper analyzes the collection structure data at our own institution level and compares it with the circulation structure data so that we can understand the effectiveness of the library’s selection work.Our results show that regardless of the type of the university under survey,all respondents adopt a restrictive policy on recreational books such as stories.However,universities in Shanghai that have featured majors tend to emphasize academic collections of those studies.The results are in consistent with the policy of non-shanghai universities which allocate more funds to featured studies.Last,the statistical analysis of the collection and circulation data of our institution indicates a similar result—its collection structure is pro-academic and is in consistent with the circulation structure or the patrons’behavior.
