摘要
通过对中老年女性在参加六个月健身气功?易筋经练习后,分析实验者锻炼前后身体形态的各项指标的变化,以及心理方面的影响,经过研究实验发现,长期坚持健身气功?易筋经的锻炼,能有效地改善中老年女性的身体机能以及增进心理健康。
Through the analysis of the changes of various indexes of the body shape and the influence of the psychology of the middle-aged and old women after participating in the exercise of Qigong Yijinjing for six months,it is found that the long-term exercise of Qigong Yijinjing can effectively improve the physical function and mental health of the middle-aged and old women.
