Kangaroo Mother Care:a Review of Literture

本文归纳了有关国内外袋鼠式护理的文献,袋鼠式护理对新生儿的生长发育、疼痛的缓解、患病率及死亡率的降低等方面有着深远的影响,同时也能缓解母亲焦虑的症状及家庭和社会的经济负担。发达国家对袋鼠式护理的研究日益成熟,且逐渐转变为护理常规之一。而我国对袋鼠式护理的研究起步晚,领域局限。需要普及、推广袋鼠式护理的益处,为临床研究提供理论依据。

This paper summarizes the literature on kangaroo mother care at home and abroad.Kangaroo mother care has a profound impact on the growth and development of newborns,the alleviation of pain,the reduction of morbidity and mortality,and can also alleviate the symptoms of maternal anxiety and the economic burden of the family and society.The research on kangaroo mother care in developed countries is becoming more and more mature.However,the research on kangaroo mother care in China started late and its field was limited.The benefits of kangaroo nursing should be popularized to provide theoretical basis for clinical research.
