某地震紧急救援培训基地的安全风险研究

Study on the Safety Risk of an Earthquake Emergency Rescue Training Base

正规有效的消防培训既可以提高消防员的技能,从而高效安全地救出受困者,也能够保障在培训和救援过程中消防员自身的生命安全。本文以凤凰岭国家地震紧急救援训练基地为研究对象,对消防培训过程中可能存在的风险进行辨识,从人、机、环境和管理四个方面分别确定了安全风险因素,并提出了相应的对策,最大程度确保学员的身心健康安全,确保消防培训教育工作能够正常进行。

Formal and effective fire training can not only improve the skills of firefighters,so as to save the trapped people efficiently and safely,but also ensure the safety of firefighters themselves in the process of training and rescue.Taking Fenghuangling National Earthquake Emergency Rescue Training Base as the research object,this paper identifies the possible risks in the fire training process,identifies the safety risk factors from four aspects:human,machine,environment and management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to ensure the students'physical and mental health and safety to the greatest extent,and ensure the normal conduct of fire training and education.
