瘤段完整切除联合人工假体重建保肢术治疗股骨远端骨肉瘤患者的中期随访研究

Mid-Term Follow-up Study of Complete Resection of Tumor Segment combined with Artificial Prosthetic Reconstruction for Patients with Distal Femoral Osteosarcoma

目的探究股骨远端骨肉瘤患者采用瘤段完整切除联合人工假体重建保肢术治疗的中期疗效。方法选取本院洛阳院区及郑州院区2013年1月-2017年2月的46例股骨远端骨肉瘤患者作为研究对象,均施行瘤段完整切除联合人工假体重建保肢术及新辅助化疗治疗。随访2年,分析治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果46例股骨远端骨肉瘤患者经瘤段完整切除联合人工假体重建保肢术治疗后,优良率86.96%;随访结果显示:共13例出现并发症,并发症发生率28.26%。结论瘤段完整切除联合人工假体重建保肢术用于股骨远端骨肉瘤的治疗,疗效显著,中期预后状况良好。

Objective To explore the mid-term effects of complete resection of tumor segment combined with artificial prosthetic reconstruction for patients with distal femoral osteosarcoma.Methods Forty-six patients with distal femoral osteosarcoma in Luoyang and Zhengzhou hospitals from January 2013 to February 2017 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent complete resection of the tumor combined with artificial limb reconstruction and neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Treatment effects and complications were analyzed after two-year follow-up.Results After being treated with complete resection of the tumor and limb reconstruction with artificial prosthesis.The excellent rate of the patients was 86.96%.The follow-up results showed that 13 cases had complications and the incidence of complications was 28.26%.Conclusion Complete resection of tumor segment combined with artificial prosthetic reconstruction for the treatment of the distal femur osteosarcoma had a significant effect and a good mid-term prognosis.
