关节清理术结合髌骨外侧支持带松解术对髌股关节骨关节炎患者膝关节功能的影响

Effect of Debridement and Release of Lateral Patellar Retinaculum on knee joint function in Patients with Patellofemoral OSTeoarthritis

目的观察髌股关节骨关节炎患者应用关节清理术结合髌骨外侧支持带松解术治疗的临床效果及对膝关节功能的影响。方法选择郑州大学附属郑州中心医院80例髌股关节骨关节炎患者实施此次研究,时间为2018年2月-2019年2月,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组使用膝关节镜下关节清理治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,使用髌骨外侧支持带松解术治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果对照组优良率为80.00%,显著高于观察组的95.00%(P<0.05)。两组术前疼痛评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组术后1个月、6个月疼痛评分都低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将髌骨外侧支持带松解术联合关节清理术用于髌股关节骨关节炎患者治疗中,可改善患者膝关节功能,有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of debridement and release of lateral patellar retinaculum on knee joint function in patients with patellofemoral osteoarthritis.Methods 80 patients with osteoarthritis in Zhengzhou Central Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 was included and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the randomized numerical table.The control group used knee joint arthroscopic debridement therapy,and the observation group used release of lateral patellar retinaculum on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of the control group was 80.00%,which was significantly lower than the observation group’s 95.00%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the preoperative pain score of the two groups(P<0.05),and the pain score in observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)after 1 month and 6 months of surgery.The knee joint function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)after treatment in the observation group.Conclusion The debridement and release of lateral patellar retinaculum for the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis can improve the patient’s knee joint function and have clinical application value.
