血清OCN、P1NP、ALP活性与2型糖尿病伴骨质疏松患者血糖水平关联性分析 被引量:3

Analysis of correlation between serum OCN,P1NP,ALP activity and blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis

摘要 目的分析血清骨钙素(OCN)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基末端前肽(P1NP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性与2型糖尿病伴骨质疏松患者血糖水平关联性。方法选取河南省中医药大学附属郑州人民医院2018年6月-2019年9月2型糖尿病伴骨质疏松患者78例为研究组,其中糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)<7.2%26例,HbA1c 7.2%~9.0%26例,HbA1c>9.0%26例,并选取同期健康体检者28例为健康对照组。均检测血清OCN、P1NP、ALP。对比两组血清OCN、P1NP、ALP和不同HbA1c患者血清OCN、P1NP、ALP水平,分析HbA1c和血清OCN、P1NP、ALP水平的相关性。结果研究组血清OCN、P1NP、ALP水平较健康对照组低(P<0.05);HbA1c>9.0%的患者血清OCN、P1NP、ALP水平低于HbA1c<7.2%及HbA1c7.2%~9.0%的患者,且HbA1c越高血清OCN、P1NP、ALP水平越低(P<0.05);HbA1c与血清OCN、P1NP、ALP水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论HbA1c与血清OCN、P1NP、ALP水平呈负相关,HbA1c越高,血清OCN、P1NP、ALP水平越低,2型糖尿病伴骨质疏松患者骨代谢、骨形成功能越差,骨质疏松风险越高,临床据此制定最佳干预措施,提高临床防治效果。 Objective To analyze the relationship between serum osteocalcin(OCN),typeⅠprocollagen amino terminal propeptide(P1NP)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity and blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis.Methods 78 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis were enrolled in our study group from June 2018 to September 2019.Among them,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)was<7.2%in 26 cases,HbA1c was 7.2%to 9.0%in 26 cases,and HbA1c>9.0%of 26 patients,and 28 healthy subjects were selected as healthy controls.Serum OCN,P1NP,and ALP were detected.The levels of serum OCN,P1NP and ALP in serum OCN,P1NP,ALP and different HbA1c patients were compared.The correlation between HbA1c and serum OCN,P1NP and ALP levels was analyzed.Results The levels of serum OCN,P1NP and ALP in the study group were lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum OCN,P1NP and ALP in HbA1c>9.0%were lower than HbA1c<7.2%and HbA1c 7.2%~9.0%.And the higher the HbA1c,the lower the levels of serum OCN,P1NP and ALP(P<0.05);HbA1c was negatively correlated with serum OCN,P1NP and ALP levels(P<0.05).Conclusion HbA1c is negatively correlated with serum OCN,P1NP and ALP levels.The higher the HbA1c,the lower the the levels of serum OCN,P1NP and ALP.The worse the bone metabolism and bone formation function of type 2 diabetes patients with osteoporosis,the more the risk of osteoporosis High,clinically based on the development of the best interventions to improve clinical control.
