低体温集束化护理干预对前列腺电切术患者术中低体温发生率及相关并发症发生情况的影响

Effect of Low Body Temperature Clustering Nursing Intervention on the Incidence of Hypothermia and Related Complications in Patients Undergoing Prostatectomy

目的研究低体温集束化护理干预应用于前列腺电切术(TURP)的效果。方法选取平顶山市第一人民医院TURP患者87例(2018年1月-2019年1月),按照入院时间分为对照组(n=43)、研究组(n=44)。对照组采用常规保温护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用低体温集束化护理干预。比较两组术前、术中30min、60min、术毕体温,记录术中低体温发生率及相关并发症情况。结果研究组术中30min、60min、术毕体温均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术中低体温发生率2.27%、相关并发症发生率4.55%低于对照组18.60%、23.26%(P<0.05)。结论低体温集束化护理干预应用于TURP能维持体温正常,降低术中低体温及相关并发症发生率。

Objective To study the effect of hypothermia clustering nursing intervention on prostate resection(TURP).Methods 87 patients with TURP in our hospital(from January 2018 to January 2019)were enrolled and divided into control group(n=43)and study group(n=44)according to the admission time.The control group was received routine intensive care,and the study group was used hypothermia clustering nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The preoperative,intraoperative 30 min,60 min,postoperative temperature were compared and intraoperative hypothermia and the incidence of related complications were record between the two groups.Results In the operation group,the body temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia(2.27%)and related complications(4.55%)in the study group were lower than that of the control group 18.60%and 23.26%.(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypothermia clustering nursing intervention applied to TURP can ensure normal body temperature and reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and related complications.
