摘要
酒店管理专业国际化的研究既是热点也是难点。高职学校生源有一定的局限性,要想加强酒店管理专业国际化建设,就需要在专业教学的过程中引入国际化教学方式。文章以酒店管理专业“酒水知识”课程为例,采用Bloom's Taxonomy布鲁姆目标分类教学法,分析高职酒店管理专业教学中国际化建设所存在的问题,并提出从认知领域来培养学生的国际化创造性思维,从情感领域来提高学生国际化人才素养,从动作技能领域来让学生掌握酒店国际化操作流程等解决方法。
The research on internationalization of hotel management specialty is both hot and difficult.Higher vocational school students have certain limitations.To strengthen the international construction of hotel management specialty,it is necessary to introduce international teaching methods in the process of professional teaching.Taking the course of Knowledge of Drinking for hotel management major as an example,this paper uses Bloom's Taxonomy target classification teaching method to analyze the problems existing in the internationalized construction of hotel management major teaching in higher vocational colleges,and proposes solutions such as cultivating students'international creative thinking from the cognitive field,improving students'international talents'accomplishment from the emotional field,and letting students master the international operation process of hotels in the action skill field.
