加强六盘水中心城区社区治理的实践与思考

Practices&Thoughts on Strengthening Community Governance in the Central Urban Area of Liupanshui

近年来,随着社会的不断发展,社区治理中的相关问题日渐凸显。文章通过对六盘水中心城区的社区治理工作进行调查与分析,指出了该社区服务管理中存在社区事务办理功能尚未很好地呈现、社区居民参与社区治理的积极性不高、社区治理经费匮乏、社区治理工作者的综合素质较低四个方面的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议,以期提高该社区及其他社区的治理效率,促进社区的健康发展。

In recent years,with the continuous development of society,relevant problems in community governance have become increasingly prominent.Based on the investigation and analysis of the community in Liupanshui central area,this paper points out that there are four problems in the community service management:the management function of community affairs has not been well presented,the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in community governance is not high,the community governance funds are scarce,and the comprehensive quality of community governance workers is low.The author of this thesis also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions so as to improve the governance efficiency of the community and other communities and promote the healthy development of the community.
