摘要
通过对三种矿物掺合料沉珠、微硅粉、矿粉的单掺试验,分析每种矿物掺合料对压浆料流动性、泌水性、力学性能的影响,以此确定掺量范围,并进行正交优化试验,给出满足标准要求下各矿物掺合料最佳掺量。研究结果表明,沉珠可以很好的提高流动性能,微硅粉可以提高7 d抗折强度,矿粉可以提高力学性能,三种掺合料同时掺入并进行正交实验,最优掺量为沉珠20%、微硅粉10%、矿粉10%。
Through the single-admixture experiment of three kinds of mineral admixture such as sink bead,micro silicon powder and mineral powder,the influence of each kind of mineral admixture on the fluidity,bleeding capacity and mechanical properties of the grouting material is analyzed to determine the content range.And the orthogonal optimization experiment was carried out to give the optimal content of each mineral admixture meeting the standard requirements.The results showed that the sink bead can improve the flow performance,the micro silicon powder can improve the flexural strength of 7d,and the mineral powder can improve the mechanical properties.Three kinds of admixtures were added at the same time and the orthogonal test was carried out.The optimal admixture is 20%sink bead,10%micro-silicon powder and 10%mineral powder.
