C40F10垫层水泥基自流平砂浆配比优化

摘要 本文研究粉煤灰取代水泥比例、70~120目硅砂比例、胶粉和消泡剂掺量4个配比参数对水泥基自流平砂浆的流动度和强度的影响。试验结果表明,当粉煤灰取代水泥比例为20%,70~120目硅砂比例为60%,胶粉掺量为1.5%,消泡剂掺量为0.04%时,可获得性能满足标准要求的C40F10垫层水泥基自流平砂浆。 The influence of four proportion parameters on the fluidity and strength of cement-based self-leveling mortar is studied,which are the proportion of fly ash replacing cement,the proportion of 70~120 mesh silicon sand and the dosage of rubber powder and defoaming.The test results show that,when the proportion of fly ash replacing cement is 20%,the proportion of 70~120 mesh silicon sand is 60%,the dosage of rubber powder is 1.5%,and the dosage of Defoaming is 0.04%,available C40F10 cushion cement-based self-leveling mortar which can meet the standard requirements.
