摘要
为解决某化工企业黏合剂配料中采取传统人工方式带来的称量不规范、记录信息不准确、效率低等问题,设计了基于FINS协议的液体自动配料系统。该系统包括上位机、欧姆龙CP1H系列PLC、梅特勒-托利多IND236称重仪表等,实现了对黏合剂自动配料过程的监视和控制,且系统可以根据不同的生产需求,灵活修改配方,并将物料的动态称重数据存储在Access数据库中,方便企业对黏合剂配料数据进行查询和追溯。
In order to solve the problems of improper weighing,inaccurate recording information and low efficiency caused by traditional artificial method in the binder batching of a chemical enterprise,an automatic liquid batching system based on FINS protocol was designed.The system includes upper computer,omron CP1H series PLC,Mettler-Toledo IND236 weighing instrument,etc,realizes the monitoring and control of the adhesive automatic dosing process.In addition,the system can flexibly modify the formula according to different production requirements,and store the dynamic weighing data of materials in the access database,which is convenient for enterprises to query and trace the binder mixing data.
