摘要
定向钻井设备的工作环境恶劣,所有设备安装前都需要通过严格的测试确保设备运行的高稳定性。该文设计的井下涡轮发电系统测试平台,可以模拟井下实际生产工况,大范围动态改变驱动轮的转速和电源模块的用电负荷,实时同步记录各种运行参数,并且高速采集发电机输出电压波形,解决了人工测试时工作点相对稳定、测试记录的数据少、测试不全面且效率低的问题,提高了涡轮发电系统的测试效率和可靠性。
The working environment of directional drilling equipment is harsh.All equipment must pass strict test before installation to ensure the high stability of equipment operation.The test platform which was designed and developed for directional drilling turbo-generator system,can simulate the underground actual production condition,dynamic change the driving wheel's speed in a wide range and power module's load,real time synchronization record all kinds of operation parameters,high speed acquisition generator output voltage waveform.It can solve the manual test problem of low efficiency,which include test points are relatively stable,not comprehensive and record test data are less.The test platform improve the test efficiency and reliability of the turbine power system.
