基于循环风道设计的变电站户外箱柜智能驱潮装置研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对电流互感器(CT)接线户外箱柜采用传统的物理驱潮方式,容易出现严重凝露现象,对CT二次回路构成潜在安全威胁的问题,该文设计了一种基于循环风道设计的变电站户外箱柜智能驱潮装置,采用循环风道设计在接线箱柜内形成循环对流,配合传统的驱潮剂驱潮方式,实现驱除潮气的双重保障。该装置同时配备下挂式增容箱和太阳能供电系统,并与远程监控终端建立连接,实现了户外箱柜湿度状态实时监测与故障预警。在500 kV咸宁变电站的现场试验中,CT接线箱柜内的凝露现象完全消失,装置与远程监控终端通信良好,实现了湿度状态实时监测。 For the outdoor cabinet of current transformer(CT)wiring,the traditional physical dehumidifycation method is used,which is prone to serious condensation and poses a potential security threat to the secondary circuit of CT.In this paper,a kind of intelligent tide-dispelling device for outdoor cabinet of substation based on circulating duct design is designed.The circulating duct design is used to form circulating convection in the cabinet of junction box.It cooperates with the traditional tidedispelling agent to realize the double guarantee of damp-dispelling.At the same time,the device is equipped with a hanging capacity-increasing box and solar power supply system,and connected with the remote monitoring terminal to realize the real-time monitoring of outdoor cabinet humidity and fault warning.In the field test of 500 kV Xianning substation,the condensation phenomenon in the CT junction cabinet disappeared completely,and the device communicated well with the remote monitoring terminal,thus realizing the real-time monitoring of humidity status.
