论病原生物与免疫学教学中临床思维能力的培养 被引量:1

摘要 在护理专业基础课病原生物与免疫学教学中进行提升临床思维的教学改革实践及其效果评价。在充分创设营造临床案例情境下以理论学习和实践实训及课程考核为切入点,具体采用PBL教学法,情境案例教学,分组项目汇报创新考核等进行多维度、多方面的改革,提升了课堂教学质量和人才培养水平,充分发挥学生的主体能动性,有效提升了学生的临床思维能力和实践应用能力等综合素质。 The teaching reform practice and effect evaluation of improving clinical thinking in the teaching of pathogenic biology and immunology in the basic courses of nursing specialty.In the full creation of a clinical case scenario,the theoretical learning and practical training and curriculum assessment are taken as the starting point.PBL teaching methods,situational case teaching,group project report innovation assessment,etc.are adopted to carry out multi-dimensional and multi-faceted reforms to improve the classroom.The teaching quality and talent training level,give full play to the students’initiative,and effectively improve their comprehensive qualities such as clinical thinking ability and practical application ability.
