基于计划行为理论的重复献血行为调查量表的信效度分析

The Reliability and Validity Analysis of Investigation Scale of Repeated Blood Donation Behavior Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior

目的检验基于计划行为理论的重复献血行为调查量表的信效度,为分析重复献血的意向及影响因素提供有效的测量工具。方法采用分层抽样方法选取调查对象,以短信发送加H5答题的方式获取数据,获取有效问卷3093份。采用克朗巴赫系数、折半系数、因子分析等方法分别对量表内部一致性信度、结构效度进行分析。结果条目7的相关性系数低于0.5,予以删除,其余条目的相关性系数均大于0.5。最终量表包含29个问卷条目,其Cronbach’sα系数0.933>0.800,各维度Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.700。探索性因素分析结果均显示量表大部分条目的因素载荷均超过0.4,大部分因子平均方差抽取量大于0.5;高分组和低分组各条目得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该量表具有良好的信效度,可用于发现进一步强化献血人群献血意向的具体因素,进而为提升人群重复献血率提供干预方案。

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the scale of the repeated blood donation behavior on the intentional and influential factors based on the theory of planned behavior,and to provide an effective measuring tool for analyzing the factors affecting repeated blood donation.Methods The stratified sampling method was used to select the respondents,and the data was obtained by means of SMS plus links answering questions,and 3093 valid questionnaires were obtained for analysis.The internal consistency reliability and structural validity of the scale were analyzed by Cronbach’s α coefficient,half-factor coefficient and factor analysis.Results The correlation coefficient of item 7 is less than 0.5 and is deleted.The correlation coefficient of other items is greater than 0.5.The final scale is 29 questionnaire entries with a Cronbach’s α coefficient of 0.933>0.80 and a Cronbach’s α coefficient of the subscale greater than 0.700.The structural validity analysis that the exploratory factor analysis showed that the factor load of most of the scales exceeded 0.4,Most of the factors had a mean variance of more than 0.5.Statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity and can be used to find specific factors to further strengthen the blood donation intention of blood donors,and to provide an intervention program to improve the repeated blood donation rate of the population.
