摘要
为了提高纯Bi2WO6对乙醇的气敏性能,通过光沉积的方法在纯Bi2WO6表面修饰了贵金属Pd。并探究了其对乙醇的气敏性能。实验结果表明,在300℃时,Pd修饰的Bi2WO6微米花传感器对200ppm(1ppm=10^-6)乙醇的灵敏度均高于纯Bi2WO6。当Pd的修饰量质量分数为0.05%时,灵敏度最大,达到了72,是纯Bi2WO6的6.5倍左右。该传感器响应恢复时间分别为7s和3s,且表现出良好的选择性。
In order to improve the gas sensitivity of pure Bi2WO6 to ethanol,the noble metal Pd was modified on the surface of pure Bi2WO6 via photodeposition.Then the gas sensing performance towards ethanol was explored.The experimental results show that the sensitivity of Pd-modified Bi2WO6 micro-flowers sensor to 200 ppm(1 ppm=10^-6)ethanol is higher than that of pure Bi2WO6 at 300℃.When the amount of Pd modified is 0.05 wt%,the sensitivity is the highest,reaching 72,which is about 6.5 times that of the pure Bi2WO6 micro-flowers.The sensor response recovery time is 7 s and 3 s,respectively,and shows good selectivity.
