摘要 针对传统地面测试设备数据接口种类繁多,不同数据接口速率差异大及实用性等问题,研制了一种基于CPCI总线的通用测试设备。该设备采用模块化设计思想,设计了4种通用型CPCI板卡:主控卡、数字量信源卡、模拟量信源卡及电源卡。测试设备在上位机软件的控制下进行指令、状态的交互和不同类型数据的传输。由于电源卡上不存在高速信号,主控芯片采用C851F061单片机芯片,其余板卡上主控芯片采用在高速信号处理方面更稳定的FPGA芯片。各个标准板卡之间设计2组串行通信总线,通过CPCI背板自定义总线进行交互。经大量试验测试,证明了该设计在不同功能需求下的可靠性和通用性。 Focused on the traditional equipment has disadvantages of wide data interfaces,different interface speed and it’s unpractical in the ground testing,a universal test equipment based on CPCI bus was proposed.Four general-purpose CPCI boards were designed according to the modular design ideas:main control card,digital signal card,analog signal card and power card.The test equipment performed instruction,state interaction and transmission of different types of data under the control of the host computer software.Because of low-speed signal on the power card,the main control chip used the C851F061 microcontroller chip.The main control chip on the other board used a more stable FPGA chip for high-speed signal processing.Two sets of serial communication buses were designed between each standard board,and interacted through the CPCI backplane custom bus.Through a large number of experimental tests,the reliability and versatility of the design under different functional requirements are proved.
