摘要
分层改造技术已成为低渗透油气藏增储上产的重要手段,水平井裸眼分段改造作为储层分段改造的一项重要工艺技术,取得了良好的应用效果。用于裸眼井分段改造的无限级全通径压裂滑套技术作为一种新的开发技术,在国外已经得到了广泛的应用,与目前国内主要应用的投球滑套相比,其优势主要体现在理论上可无级数限制的分层压裂,且压裂施工完成后无需要钻磨球座即可实现全通径。文章概述了以各种不同方式实现无限级全通径裸眼分段的压裂滑套工具,主要包括机械计数式、电子计数式、机械开关式、液压开启式、球座可捞式及无线控制式等,并对其工艺原理及工具特点、优势进行了分析。提出国内尚需加强开展裸眼井无限级全通径滑套分段压裂的技术引进、推广应用、消化吸收和创新攻关,结合国内油气田特点,进一步为非常规油气储层开发降本增效、增产稳产提供技术支撑。
As an important mean of stimulation for low permeability reservoirs,the stage fracturing technology for horizontal open-holes has obtained good application effects.The technology of infinite stage full-bore sliding sleeves for open-hole fracturing has been widely used in foreign countries as a new development technology.Compared with the normal domestic sliding sleeves,the main advantages are the number of stages unlimited theoretically and no drilling after fracturing needed due to full-bore size.Different kinds of full-bore and unlimited stage fracturing sliding sleeves are summarized in this paper.The principles,characteristics and advantages of mechanical counter,electronic counter,mechanical control,hydraulic control,ball-seat catching and wireless control sleeves are analyzed.The technology introduction,application,research and innovation of full-bore and unlimited stage fracturing sliding sleeves need to be promoted to combine with the characteristics of domestic oil and gas fields to provide technical support for cost reduction and production improvement in unconventional oil and gas reservoir development.
