摘要
普雷沃氏菌作为反刍动物瘤胃内重要的优势菌群,在淀粉、纤维素、蛋白质的消化过程中发挥着重要作用,还可以与其他细菌发挥互作协同效应,促进营养物质在瘤胃中的降解。本文主要对普雷沃氏菌的分类、生长条件及其在瘤胃中的功能和丰度变化等进行综述,同时对普雷沃氏菌的后续研究进行了展望。
As an important dominant microflora in ruminant rumen,Prevotella plays an important role in the digestion of starch,cellulose and protein.It can also interact with other bacteria to promote the degradation of nutrients in rumen.In this paper,the classification,growth conditions,rumen degradation function and abundance changes in rumen of Prevotella were reviewed.At last,the future study of Prevotella was prospected.
