高粱自毒物质降解细菌的筛选 被引量:2

摘要 为筛选出可以降解高粱自毒物质的细菌,采用外源酚酸类物质邻苯二甲酸,没食子酸为唯一碳源从连作多年的高粱根际土壤中富集并筛选其降解菌株,采用福林酚试剂法测定降解液中邻苯二甲酸及没食子酸含量变化,筛选出降解性能良好的菌株。结果表明:从高粱土壤中可以筛选出缓解高粱连作障碍的细菌,得到了降解没食子酸的两株细菌M-1、M-2,降解率分别为30%、36%(P<0.01);降解邻苯二甲酸的三株细菌L-1、L-2、L-3,降解率分别为32%、41%、33%(P<0.01)。 In order to screen out the bacteria that can degrade the sorghum and autotoxic substances,the inorganic salt culture medium with phthalic acid and gallic acid as the only carbon source is respectively adopted.The source was enriched and screened for degradative strains from the rhizosphere soil of sorghum for many years,and the phthalic acid in the degradation solution was determined by the method of Folin-Phenol reagent.With gallic acid content changes,strains with good degradation performance were selected.The results showed that the bacteria that can alleviate the continuous cropping obstacles of sorghum could be screened out from the soi1 of sorghum.The bacteria M-1 and M-2 that degraded gallic acid were obtained.The degradation rates were 30%and 36%(P<0.01),respectively.The degradation rates of L-1,L-2 and L-3 could degrade phthalic acid.The degradation rates were 32%,41%and 33%(P<0.01),respectively.
