紫云英干粉与等量全价配合饲料喂猪效果比较

摘要 为明确紫云英干粉喂猪效果,本试验用紫云英干粉替代1/3全价配合饲料喂猪。结果表明:与全价配合饲料组相比,紫云英干粉组猪毛重下降6.38%,消化道相对重量增加17.71%;胴体重降低10.34%,屠宰率下降6.61%;猪肉蛋白质含量提高2.99%,灰分含量提高11.11%,游离氨基酸总量下降3.60%;猪肉重金属(Pb、Cd、Cr、As等)含量均小于0.1 mg/kg,Cu含量降低33.33%,乐果等3种农药均未检出。综上,紫云英干粉替代1/3全价配合饲料喂猪,猪生产性能、胴体重、屠宰率下降,消化道发育增强,猪肉营养和卫生安全指标中的灰分、铜含量指标均有明显改善。 In order to clarify the effect of Astragalus powder on pigs,fullprice feed were replaced with 1/3 Astragalus powder.The results showed that the gross weight of pigs decreased by 6.38%,the relative weight of digestive tract increased by 17.71%,carcass weight was reduced by 10.34%,slaughter rate was decreased by 6.61%.Meat protein content was increased by 2.99%,ash content was increased by 11.11%,total free amino acids was decreased by 3.60%;pork contents of heavy metals(Pb,Cd,Cr,As,etc.)were all less than 0.1 mg/kg and Cu content was decreased by 33.33%,and 3 pesticides such as dimethoate were not detected.In conclusion that Astragalus powder instead of 1/3 full price feed for pigs,the production performance,carcass and slaughter were decreased and the development of digestive trace was increased,the ash and copper contents in the nutritional and health safety indicators of pork were significantly improved.
