摘要
组织内耗是我国中小饲料企业在生产经营过程中经常出现的一种问题,组织内耗的发生通常会导致中小饲料企业内部人心涣散、管理混乱,从而造成企业的整体利益与员工的个人利益受损,进而影响企业的进一步发展壮大。本文以中小饲料企业中的福利管理为研究对象,在探讨中小饲料企业因福利问题而导致企业发生组织内耗原因的基础上,提出针对性的对策,以期推动中小饲料企业完善福利制度、降低组织内耗、促进其健康有序发展。
Organizational internal friction is a common problem in the production and operation of small and medium-sized feed enterprises in China.The occurrence of organizational internal friction usually leads to the scattering of people's hearts and confusion of management in small and medium-sized feed enterprises,which results in the damage of the overall interests of enterprises and the personal interests of employees,thus affecting the further development and growth of enterprises.In this paper,the welfare management in small and medium-sized feed enterprises was taken as the research object.On the basis of discussing the causes of organizational internal friction caused by welfare problems in small and medium-sized feed enterprises,targeted countermeasures,aimed to promote small and medium-sized feed enterprises to improve the welfare system,reduce organizational internal friction and promote their healthy and orderly development.
