摘要
随着胜利油田开发进入中后期,以埕东、胜坨等油田为代表的整装、断块等中高渗透油藏,近1000口油井表现为单井产液量大(日产液100 m 3以上)、含水率高(含水95%以上)、井眼直径小(139.7 mm套管)等特点,此类油井,常规有杆泵在短冲程、高冲次条件下杆管偏磨次数增加,生产周期缩短,而电潜泵在大排量方面能够满足举升要求,但是受高成本、高能耗的制约,不能实现经济高效开采。小套管双腔大排量有杆泵举升技术通过双腔大排量抽油泵配套泄油器等工具,在不增大抽油泵外径条件下进一步提高排液量,具有投入少、能耗低、维护成本低等优点,满足现场应用条件,对于实现含水率高、单井产液量高的经济高效开采具有重要意义。
According to the condition of exploitation in Shengli Oilfield,near a thousand of oil wells have the same characteristics of high water-bearing(above 95%),high degree of recovery(above 100m 3/d)and small wellborediameter(51/2 in casing).Conventional sucker rod pump lifting is unable to meet the requirements of large displacement lifting,but electric submersible pump lifting has the characteristics of high cost,high energy consumption and poor economic performance.Parallel oil well pump of double chamber uses the middle plunger to connect the two oil well pumps and has the characteristics of lowcost,lowenergyconsumption and low maintenance charge,the economic benefit and social benefit is remarkable.
