Research on the Organization Model and Fee Collection Model of Whole Process Engineering Consulting

通过全过程工程咨询政策文件及各地合同示范文本,提炼相关标准规范中对于全过程工程咨询组织模式与取费模式的定义,通过81个江苏省开展的全过程工程咨询项目案例,分析当前江苏省全过程工程咨询组织模式和取费模式的发展与应用现状。依此为工程咨询行业、咨询企业及建设单位提出发展建议,以期推动全过程工程咨询在全国范围内的开展。

Through the whole process engineering consulting policy documents,local contract demonstration texts,this paper refines the definition of whole process engineering consulting organization model and fee collection model in relevant standards and norms.Then,through 81 full-process engineering consulting project cases carried out in Jiangsu,analyzes the current development and application status of whole process engineering consulting organization model and fee collection model in Jiangsu.According to this above,proposes development proposals for the engineering consulting industry,consulting companies and construction units to promote the whole process engineering consulting nationwide.
