均风板对烟叶模拟烘烤机内气流分布的影响

Influence of Uniform Air Plate on Air Distribution in Tobacco Simulated Baking Machine

【目的】探究均风板对烟叶模拟烘烤机内气流分布均匀性的具体影响,为提升试验烟叶的烘烤品质和烟叶烘烤工艺的试验质量寻求解决措施。【方法】以气流下降式烟叶模拟烘烤机为研究对象,建立了烘烤机装烟室内气体流动数学模型,运用Fluent软件对加装均风板前后、不同规格均风板下的烘烤机内气流分布进行了数值模拟,对比分析未加装均风板和3种不同规格的均风板对烘烤机内风场的影响。【结果】均风板可以改善烘烤机内的气流均匀性,并获得了相对合理的均风板结构尺寸。【结论】烟叶模拟烘烤机可通过加装均风板来提升烘烤性能,相关的数值模拟结果可以为烘烤机结构优化和均风板设计提供重要参考。

【Objective】In order to provide an effective solution for promoting the baking quality of test tobacco and the test quality of tobacco baking process, the influence of uniform air plate(UAP) on the air distribution in tobacco simulated baking machine(TSBM) was explored. 【Method】 The airflow-down TSBM was the research object in this paper. Mathematical model of flowing gas in tobacco chamber of TSBM was established, the flow field in TSBM which was added UAPs of several specifications was simulated according to using Fluent software. The influence of UAPs of several specifications on the air distribution in TSBM was compared and analyzed. 【Result】 The airflow uniformity of TSBM could be improved according to add UAP and the reasonable structure size of UAP was obtained. 【Conclusion】UAP could improve the baking performance of TSBM, and important references were provided for the structural optimization of TSBM and UAP design.
