陕西西安曲江孟村元墓发掘简报

The Excavation of the Yuan Dynasty Tomb at the Meng Village of Xian Qujiang, Shaanxi

2017年12月,西安市文物保护考古研究院在配合基本建设过程中,于西安市雁塔区曲江街道雁翔路以西、孟村以南约570米处清理2座保存较好的小型元墓(编号M7、M8),两墓均未出土纪年文字。与以往周边发现的元墓对比,其时代当处于元代中期,墓主身份应为中小地主。

In order to cope with infrastructure construction,the excavation was carried out by the Xi′an Municipal Academy of Conervation and Archaeology at south of the Meng Village to the west of Yanxiang Road in Yanta District,Xi′an.It shed light on two well preserved small tombs(M7 and M8)of the Yuan Dynasty.No specific inscriptions have been found in this tomb to match the time of the Yuan Dynasty.However,compared with other Yuan tombs in the surrounded area,these two tombs could be dated to the middle of the Yuan Dynasty.The tomb owners were most probabaly the local landlords.
