The Impact of Novel Coronavirus Epidemic on Vegetable Industry in Hebei Province

新冠肺炎疫情突如其来,“战疫”之下,车辆调度难、人员流动难、农用物资运送难交织叠加。为分析疫情对河北省蔬菜产业影响,从蔬菜成交量、收购价格、在田蔬菜生产、春茬蔬菜管理、社会化服务等5个维度展开深入研究。研究表明:蔬菜交易市场商户减少,上市蔬菜成交量降低;产地市场价格普遍走低,黄瓜、草莓特色优势产区受损较大;在田蔬菜农事活动受限,规模化经营主体受影响普遍高于传统散户;蔬菜生产遭遇“用工荒”“服务荒”,可能导致产品质量下降;种苗农资运输不畅,春茬蔬菜生产播期延后。随着疫情动态发展,后期市场总体平稳运行。

Because of the outbreak of Novel coronavirus,there are difficulties of vehicle scheduling,labour turnover and transporting of materials used for agriculture.In order to analyze the impact of the NCP on the vegetable industry in Hebei Province,this paper studies from five dimensions:transaction volume of vegetables,purchasing price,vegetable production in the fields,management of vegetables of seeding in spring,and social services.The results show that:the number of merchants in the vegetable trading market is decreasing;the transaction volume of vegetables on the market is decreasing;the market price in the producing area is low and the advantaged producing areas of cucumber and strawberry are greatly damaged;the agricultural activities of vegetables in the field are limited,and the influence on large-scale operation subjects is generally higher than that of traditional retailers;the"labor shortage"and"service shortage"in vegetable production may lead to the decline in the quality of product;the transportation of seedling and agricultural materials is poor,and the production and sowing date of vegetables in spring is delayed.With the dynamic changes of the outbreak,the market in the later stage is generally stable.
