摘要
为探索大学生乐观和未来工作自我清晰度的关系和作用机制,本研究采用4个成熟量表在中国各地共23所高校开展问卷调查,收取了2929份有效问卷。结果表明:(1)乐观对大学生未来工作自我清晰度具有直接正向预测作用;(2)生涯自我效能在乐观与大学生未来工作自我清晰度之间起部分中介作用;(3)职业生涯探索在乐观与大学生未来工作自我清晰度之间起部分中介作用;(4)生涯自我效能和职业生涯探索在乐观和大学生未来工作自我清晰度之间起多步多重中介作用。因此,乐观既直接影响大学生未来工作自我清晰度,又通过生涯自我效能和职业生涯探索间接影响大学生未来工作自我清晰度。
To explore the relationship and mechanism between undergraduates'optimism and future work self.A total of 2929 undergraduates from 23 different universities in China were surveyed with four scales.The results show that:(1)optimism can directly predict the future work self salience of undergraduates;(2)career self-efficacy partly mediates optimism and undergraduates'future work self salience;(3)career exploration partly mediates optimism and undergraduates'future work self salience;(4)there is a multiple-step and multiple mediator model between career self-efficacy and career exploration mediating optimism and undergraduates'future work self salience.Therefore,optimism not only directly affects undergraduates'future work self salience,but also indirectly affects undergraduates'future work self salience through career self-efficacy and career exploration.
