癌症患者在治疗和康复过程中经历多种并发症状,这些症状不是孤立存在,而是协同作用,形成症状群,对患者的预后产生严重的负面影响。文章对症状群的发生机制、管理方法及影响因素进行综述,在此基础上提出关注癌症患者症状群发生机制、积极开展多种模式的症状群管理、聚焦癌症患者症状群影响因素,进一步探讨未来症状群发展的新思路。

Cancer patients experienced a variety of symptoms during the treatment and rehabilitation process.These symptoms did not exist in isolation but synergistically forming a symptom cluster,which had a serious negative impact on the patient's prognosis.The paper summarized the occurrence mechanism,management methods and influencing factors of symptom clusters.Based on this,it put forward the outlook,that was,paying attention to the occurrence mechanism,actively carrying out multiple modes of symptom clusters'management,focusing on influencing factors of cancer patients'symptom clusters,and exploring new ideas for the development of future symptom clusters.
