16省市老年科护士对老年综合征知信行现状研究

Knowledge,attitude and practice for geriatric syndromes among geriatric nurses in 16 provinces

目的调查医疗机构老年科护士对老年综合征的认知现状,旨在为护理管理者提供针对老年科护士开展老年综合征管理提供依据。方法采用自设调查问卷,对全国16省、市、自治区22所医院251名老年科护士的老年综合征认知进行现况调查。结果251名老年科护士老年综合征知识标准分为(70.44±13.23)分,不同年龄、学历、职称、从事老年护理工作年限及老年专科护士身份的护士老年综合征知识得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);老年综合征态度标准分为(85.18±11.95)分;老年综合征干预行为标准分为(68.81±6.71)分。结论护理管理者应逐步建立规范的老年综合征知识系统,并提出针对性的老年综合征护理的实施方案,进一步加强老年科护士老年综合征护理的理论与实践培训,从而提高老年科护士对老年综合征的认知和干预能力,以促进老年患者康复,提高其生命质量。

Objective To investigate knowledge,attitude and practice for geriatric syndrome among geriatric nurses,in order to provide the basis for geriatric syndrome management.Methods The total of 251 geriatric nurses in 22 hospitals in 16 provinces answered the self-designed questionnaire.Results The score of geriatric syndrome knowledge in geriatric nurses was(70.44±13.23).Different ages,educational background,professional title,working years of geriatric nursing and geriatric specialist nurses were statistically differences with nurses'knowledge(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The score of geriatric syndrome attitude standard was(85.18±11.95).The score of geriatric syndrome behavior standard was(68.81±6.71).Conclusion Geriatric syndrome nursing managers should gradually establish a standardized system of knowledge,and put forward the corresponding plan,strengthen theory and practice training,to improve the cognition and intervention ability of geriatric nurses,geratric patients'rehabilitation and life quality.
