摘要 探究微课视频在外科护理核心技能操作中的应用方法和效果。采用整群随机抽样的方法,从我校2017级护理专业在校班级中抽取两个班,设对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统的护理教学模式,观察组采用微课视频教学模式。观察组学生的外科护理核心操作技能成绩、学习兴趣以及教学评价均优于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在外科护理核心技能操作中应用微课视频教学模式教学效果良好,能够激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习效率,有效提升专业教学质量,值得在专业教学中进一步推广。 To explore the application methods and effects of micro-course video in the core skills operation of Surgical Nursing.Using the method of cluster random sampling,two classes were selected from the class of 2017 nursing students in our school,and the control group and observation group were set up.The control group adopted the traditional nursing teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the microcourse video teaching mode.The core operation skill scores,learning interests and teaching evaluation of the Surgical Nursing of the observation group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Applying the micro-course video teaching mode in the core skills operation of surgical nursing have good teaching effect and it can stimulate students'interest in learning,improve learning efficiency,effectively improve the quality of professional teaching.It is worthy of further development in professional teaching.
