摘要
针对水下插拔电连接器的密封问题,基于弹性薄壳理论,在单层囊式压力平衡数学模型的基础上,提出了双重囊式压力平衡装置的数学模型及迭代算法。建立了压力平衡装置内外压力差计算数学模型,并研究了软囊参数对囊式压力平衡装置压力平衡特性影响。结果表明:采取降低软囊厚度和半径、增加软囊长度、选用弹性模量比较低的软囊材料可以提高装置的压力平衡性能。
A double-layer bladder pressure balance device is designed for the sealing of the underwater connector.Based on the elastic thin shell theory and the single layer capsule pressure balance mathematical model,the mathematical model and iterative algorithm of the double-layer capsule pressure balance device are proposed.A mathematical model for calculating the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pressure balance device is established.According to the model,the effects of bladder parameters on its pressure balance characteristics are studied.The results show that the pressure balance performance can be improved by reducing the thickness and radius of the bladder,increasing its length and selecting the material with lower elastic modulus.
