摘要
位于唐山市的一所化纤生产企业内粘胶纤维生产线中涉及废气回收工艺,另外二硫化碳(CS 2)罐区构成重大危险源。据相关文件及第18个“安全生产月”对于危险化学品安全的大力倡导,对该厂内废气回收一期及二硫化碳罐区危险与可操作性进行分析。选用危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP分析)方法对偏差产生的风险做出了相关说明。结果表明:本次HAZOP分析进一步肯定技术改造过程中的安全防范措施,有利于提高生产线工艺过程以及相关装置的可靠性和安全性;废气回收过程实现了资源的可持续利用。
A viscose fiber production line in a chemical fiber manufacturing company located in Tangshan City involves an exhaust gas recovery process,and a carbon disulfide tank area constitutes a major source of danger.According to the requirements of relevant documents and the 18th"safe production month"for hazardous chemicals,the risk and operability of its waste gas recovery phase I and carbon disulfide tank area were analyzed.The hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP analysis)method is used to explain the risks caused by deviations.The results show that the HAZOP analysis further affirmed the safety precautions in the technological transformation process,on the one hand,it is beneficial to improve the reliability and safety of the production line process and related devices;on the other hand,the exhaust gas recovery process realizes the sustainable use of resources.
