摘要
近年来,唐山市着力发展学前教育,对学前教育资源进行深入规划,不断推进区域学前教育均衡发展。以唐山市区为例,参考基于GIS的学前教育资源均等化服务评价模型,适龄幼儿分布点提取的数学方法和幼儿园承载力评价指标,利用互联网地图开放接口获取适龄幼儿分布点与幼儿园之间的最优路径,进而分析学前教育资源的空间分布均等化特征域值。研究结果表明,唐山市区范围内有95.48%的适龄幼儿的学前教育资源可以获得保障,有4.52%的适龄幼儿的学前教育资源未得到有效保障。
In recent years,Tangshan City has made great efforts to develop preschool education,plan preschool education resources in depth,which promoted the balanced development of preschool education continuously.Taking Tangshan city was taken as an example,and the domain of value of spatial distribution for preschool education resources was analyzed by reference to the service evaluation model of equalization of preschool education resource based on GIS,the mathematical method of extracting the distribution of school-age children,the evaluation index of the bearing capacity of kindergartens,and by obtaining the optimal path between children and kindergarten through the open interface of Internet map.The results show that 95.48%of the school-age children can be guaranteed the accessibility of proper preschool education resources in the urban area of Tangshan,and 4.52%of the school-age children are unprivileged.
