摘要
肝脏疾病在人群中的发病率越来越高,并呈逐年上升趋势。核受体超家族成员孕烷X受体(PXR)是一个配体激活型转录因子,在肝脏和肠道组织以及其他一些组织和器官中高表达,PXR对肝脏疾病的治疗发挥着重要作用。PXR被激活后通过调控机体内细胞色素P4503A4酶的蛋白表达来治疗肝脏疾病,因此PXR作为一种控制外源性和内生性代谢的核受体,在肝脏疾病的发病机制和临床药物的治疗中均有不可忽视的作用,为肝脏疾病的治愈提供了新的治疗途径。
The incidence of liver diseases is increasing year by year.Pregnane X receptor(PXR),a member of nuclear receptor superfamily,is a ligand-activated transcription factor.PXR is highly expressed in liver,intestinal tissue and other tissues and organs.It plays an important role in the treatment of liver diseases.After activation,PXR regulates the expression of cytochrome P4503A4 enzyme protein in the body to treat liver diseases.Therefore,as a nuclear receptor for controlling exogenous and endogenous metabolism,PXR has a non-negligible role in the pathogenesis of liver diseases and the clinical medication treatment,and provides a new therapeutic approach for the cure of liver diseases.
