摘要
随着基因测序技术的发展,人们发现非编码RNA在机体正常的生命活动及疾病发生、发展中发挥作用,其中长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在非编码RNA中较晚引起人们重视,是目前研究的热点。lncRNA在机体中的功能多样且复杂,在转录水平、转录后水平以及表观遗传水平上均能调节基因的表达,参与基因组修饰、转录激活、转录干扰、染色体沉淀等过程,并在多种疾病(包括肿瘤)的发生、发展中起重要作用。研究lncRNA内在机制能帮助人们更加深入地了解肿瘤,有望作为肿瘤诊断和预后的分子标志物应用于临床,并能够为临床治疗肿瘤提供新的靶点。
With the development of gene sequencing technology,it has been found that non-coding RNA plays an important role in the normal life activities,and disease occurrence and development of human body.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)has attracted more and more attention in the field of non-coding RNA.It can regulate gene expression at transcriptional level,post-transcriptional level and epigenetic level,participating in genome modification,transcriptional activation,transcriptional interference,chromosome precipitation and other processes.It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of many diseases including tumors.Studying its internal mechanism can help to better understand tumors and hopefully to be used as a molecular marker of tumor diagnosis and prognosis,as well as to provide new targets for the clinical treatment.
