摘要
对ANSYS参数化设计语言进行了介绍,基于ANSYS参数化设计语言对A型50/10T-18m门式起重机进行了参数化设计。在设计中,对网格划分、材料定义、边界条件设置、求解及后处理等采用参数化程序进行控制。针对不同工况,结合GB/T 3811-2008标准和起重机设计手册,对门式起重机的结构进行了静态特性分析。通过分析确认,门式起重机结构在不同工况下,静刚度和强度均满足使用要求。采用ANSYS参数化设计语言,可以在建模和分析阶段大幅减少重复性工作,提高设计效率。
The APDL was introduced,and the parametric design of A-type 50/10T-18m gantry crane was carried out based on APDL.In the design,the meshing,material definition,setting of boundary condition,solution and post-processing were controlled by parameterized programs.According to different working conditions and incorporating GB/T 3811—2008 standard and design manual for cranes,the static characteristics of gantry crane structure were analyzed.The analysis confirms that the static stiffness and strength of gantry crane structure under different working conditions can meet the operating requirements.When adopting APDL,repetitive work can be reduced greatly with improved design efficiency during the modeling and analysis stages.
