摘要
液压系统能源装置由原动机和液压泵组成,对液压系统能源装置选用时的节能问题进行了分析。并从电动机和内燃机两方面对原动机的选用进行了节能分析,从结构形式、定量泵与变量泵、单泵与多泵等方面对液压泵的选用进行了节能分析。
The energy devices of the hydraulic system are composed of the prime mover and the hydraulic pump.The energy-saving issues in the selection of the energy devices of the hydraulic system were analyzed.The energy-saving analysis in selection of the prime mover was carried out from the aspects of the electric motor and the internal combustion engine,and the energy-saving analysis in the selection of the hydraulic pump was performed from the aspects of the structural configuration,constant delivery pump&variable displacement pump,and single pump&multiple pumps.
