摘要 针对2 MW风力发电机组齿轮箱高速轴高温故障,基于可靠性和6σ思想,运用故障树方法进行故障原因分析。针对主控设置及策略、温控阀失效、喷油孔堵塞、冷却器结垢堵塞等故障树中的底事件,提出改进措施。改进措施实施后,降低了风力发电机组齿轮箱高速轴高温故障发生率,完成了改进目标,取得了良好的效果。 Aiming at the high temperature fault of the high speed gearbox shaft of a 2 MW wind turbine,based on the reliability and 6σconcept,the fault tree method was used to perform fault cause analysis.Aiming at the root events in the fault tree such as setting and strategy of the main control,failure of the temperature-sensing valve,blockage of the nozzle opening,blockage of the cooler due to scale,etc.,corrective measures were proposed.After the implementation of the corrective measures,the rate of the high temperature failure of the high speed gearbox shaft of the wind turbine was reduced while achieving the improvement target with good results.
