摘要
聚焦返乡下乡创业群体中的农民工和大学生这两大群体,在文献回顾的基础上设计了调查问卷,并在福建省进行了调查,收到356份有效问卷。问卷结果显示了农民工和大学生这两大主要返乡下乡创业群体的基本现状和主要创业培训需求。对福建省返乡下乡创业服务工作的成效和问题作了分析,并从创业生态培育的角度提出了返乡下乡创业群体的成长与服务对策。
The research focuses on migrant workers and college students returning to the countryside to start their own businesses.Based on the literature review,a questionnaire was designed and conducted in Fujian Province.356 valid questionnaires were received.The results of the questionnaire show the basic status quo and training needs of migrant workers and college students.This paper also analyzes the effectiveness and problems of the entrepreneurship service in Fujian Province.Finally,from the perspective of the cultivation of entrepreneurial ecology,it puts forward the growth and service countermeasures of the entrepreneurial groups returning to the countryside.
