摘要
文章主要对激光法测量铜箔表面粗糙度的测量进行研究。结果表明,激光法具有灵敏度高、分辨率高、准确性高、速度快、不损伤样品等优点,在铜箔表面粗糙度测量技术上具有更大优势。
In this paper the measurement of the surface roughness of the copper foil by laser method is studied.The results show that the laser method has the advantages of high sensitivity,high resolution,high accuracy,high speed and non-damaged sample,and it has a greater advantage in the surface roughness measurement technology of copper foil.
