摘要 电容式触摸屏银浆以不同种类超细片状、球形银粉作为导电粒子,采用超细银粉与低温固化热塑性树脂、添加剂、有机溶剂等以一定配比经轧制而成。主要从银粉、有机树脂、添加剂及有机溶剂的配比对银浆粘度、方阻、附着力、硬度等进行了探究。按照43%球粉dw-1、10%球粉dw-1s、5%无定型规则银粉gw-1、0.8%F1、33%树脂5和9%DBE之配方,制得银含量低、表观较细腻的电容式触摸屏银浆。其粘度为(25±1℃)35~55 Pa·S,方阻<10 mΩ/□/25.4μm,印刷性较好,对基材附着力佳,烘烤后印刷线条表面平整且硬度佳(>2H)。 A silver paste for capacitive touch screen have been rolled at a certain ratio from different types of ultrafine silver powder,low temperature curing thermoplastic resin,additives,and organic solvent.The viscosity,square resistance,adhesion and hardness of silver paste have been investigated from the ratio of silver powder,organic resin,additives and organic solvents,drying temperature and dry ing time.The silver paste is developed with the formulation of 43%dw-1、10%dw-1s、5%gw-1、0.8%F1、33%new resin 5 and 9%dibasic ester.The results show that the paste presents the characteristcs of low silver content,a viscosity of(25±1)°C)45 Pa·S,square resistance<5 mΩ/□/25.4μm,good printability,good adhesion to the substrate,flat surface after baking and good hardness(>2H).
