术中自体血回输应用于产科的研究进展

术中自体血回输是指在术前对患者的自身血液进行采集、保存或在术中对患者手术或创伤的失血进行采集再回输给患者本人.目前,术中自体血回输应用于剖宫产手术的主要顾虑是羊水栓塞及胎儿红细胞回输导致溶血性疾病,还包括红细胞质量评估、凝血功能障碍及白细胞滤除等问题.在正确地把握适应证以及规范操作的前提下,剖宫产术中自体血回输是安全及有效的,可以有效地减少手术中异体血的输注量.

Intra-operative cell salvage refers to the collection,storage of the patients′own blood prior to surgery,or the collection of blood from a patients′surgery or trauma during surgery and return to the patient.At present,the main concerns of intra-operative cell salvage in cesarean section are hemolytic diseases caused by amniotic fluid embolism and fetal red blood cell transfusion,and also include problems such as assessment of red blood cell quality,coagulation dysfunction and leukocyte filtration.Under the premise of correctly grasping the indications and standardizing the operation,intra-operative cell salvage during cesarean section is safe and effective,which can effectively reduce the amount of allogeneic blood transfusion during surgery.
