无痛分娩技术在产科临床分娩中的应用价值

Application value of painless delivery technology in clinical delivery of obstetrics

目的 探讨分析无痛分娩技术在产科临床分娩中的应用价值.方法 选取2018年8月~2019年6月在我院分娩的120例产妇,根据产妇分娩意愿将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例.观察组使用无痛分娩技术,对照组给予常规分娩技术,比较两组的镇痛效果、产程及分娩结局.结果 观察组镇痛总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组第一产程、总产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产后出血率、新生儿窒息发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在临床产科应用无痛分娩技术,可有效减少产妇的分娩痛苦,改善分娩结局并缩减产程时间,可在临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the application value of painless delivery technology in clinical delivery of obstetrics.Methods A total of 120 women who gave birth to our hospital from August 2018 to June 2019 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the willingness of the mother to give birth,60 cases in each group.The observation group underwent painless delivery techniques,and the control group underwent routine delivery techniques,the analgesic efficacy,duration of labor,and delivery outcomes of the two groups of women were compared.Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first labor time and total labor time of the observation group were shorter those the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Use of painless delivery technology in clinical obstetrics,it can effectively reduce the pain of childbirth,improve the outcome of delivery and reduce the time of labor,and can be used in clinical practice.
