微创环切术在口腔种植患者中的应用

Application of minimally invasive circumcision in patients with oral implant

目的 探讨微创环切术在口腔种植患者中的应用.方法 选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的60例行口腔种植患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例).对照组采用传统翻瓣种植术,观察组采用微创环切术.随访6个月,比较两组的种植成功率、手术时间、术后第1天的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、牙槽嵴骨吸收量、种植体稳定性系数、牙龈乳头高度及美观度.结果 观察组的口腔种植成功率高于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,术后第1天VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的牙槽嵴骨吸收量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的种植体稳定系数和牙龈乳头高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组的美观度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微创环切术能提高口腔种植患者的种植成功率和种植体美观度,缩短手术时间,减轻术后疼痛程度,减少牙槽嵴骨吸收量.

Objective To explore the application of minimally invasive circumcision in in patients with oral implant.Methods A total of 60 patients with oral implantation in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group used traditional flap implantation,and the observation group used minimally invasive circumcision.After 6 months follow-up,the implant success rate,operation time,visual analog scale(VAS)score on day 1 after operation,alveolar bone absorption,implant stability coefficient,gingival papilla height and aesthetic degree of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of oral implantation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the operation time was shorter than that of the control group,the VAS score on the first day after operation was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The alveolar zygomatic bone absorption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in implant stability coefficient and gingival nipple height between the two groups(P>0.05).The aesthetic score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive circumcision can improve the success rate of implants and the aesthetics of implants in patients with oral implants,shorten the operation time,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,and reduce the alveolar zygomatic bone absorption.
